Where Beteor comes from
My last name is Biederer, and almost no one says it right on the first try. For years, I've helped people out the same way: "It's like meteor, with a B."
When it came time to name this company, that little phrase felt like home. And the more I sat with it, the more it fit. A meteor doesn't just fall. It moves. It changes. It lights up the sky on its way somewhere new.
Built from my own in-between
When I lost my dad, the world felt so big, and I didn't know where to start. There was the grief, and there was a to-do list nobody had warned me about. I went looking for something that held both, and I couldn't find it.
I've also spent my career in HR and employee relations, sitting beside people through some of the hardest moments of their working lives: layoffs, loss, illness, and big changes at home. Beteor Co. brings those two worlds together, with practical guidance and real warmth, in one place.
